At Lolyspa ("Lolyspa," "we," "us," or "our"), we are committed to providing a relaxing and high-quality wellness experience. Our Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds or remedies are available. By booking or using our services, you agree to this policy.
1. Full Refund for Equipment Malfunction

If a service cannot be completed or is interrupted due to a malfunction of our equipment (e.g., massage tables, hydrotherapy systems, or other tools), you are entitled to a full refund for that specific service.

To qualify, the malfunction must be reported to our staff during or immediately after your session.

2. Guest Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the quality of a treatment, we want to make it right. Please inform us within 24 hours of your session by contacting us directly.

This discount is non-transferable, valid for 30 days from issuance, and cannot be combined with other offers or redeemed for cash.
3. General Refund Guidelines

Completed Services: No refunds will be issued for services fully rendered unless covered by the equipment malfunction clause above.

No-Shows or Late Cancellations: Refunds are not available for missed appointments or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.

Products: Unopened, unused products may be returned within 14 days of purchase with a receipt for a full refund, subject to our discretion.
