At Loly Spa, we strive to provide a seamless and accommodating experience for our clients. To ensure fairness and efficiency, we have established the following cancellation and refund policy for all appointments: Cancellations with No Fee: Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment without any fee if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled treatment time. Cancellations Within 12 Hours: If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 12 hours of the scheduled treatment time, a fee of 50% of the treatment cost will be charged. No-Shows or Late Cancellations: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment or cancel less than 12 hours before the scheduled treatment time will be charged the full amount of the treatment cost. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us directly through our booking system, by phone, or via email. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy to help us serve all clients effectively.
